We are APPANDTAP Limited and are also known as APPANDTAP. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) under reference: ZB740761 . APPANDTAP will be the controller of your personal data unless otherwise stated.

2. Data AappandTap collect about me?
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified, it does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).
The personal data you provide to us, as well as that we collect about you, is necessary for us to administer your AppandTap account and action your requests. Without it we may not be able to do so.
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
· Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, email, password, title and gender, phone number, Pharmacy name and address, the pharmacy services you offer and your active opening / working hours.
· Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
· Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
· Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us.
· Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access the App and/or website.
· Profile Data includes your login email address, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
· Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
· Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Information shared with your chosen pharmacy
If you choose to connect with a pharmacy through the APPANDTAP App or our Platform, we will share your personal information with that pharmacy to enable the provision of services. This may include sharing your health information for the purpose of consultations or prescription orders.
We may have to share your information with third parties where necessary to provide services for e.g.-Payment provider, pharmacy etc.
Marketing
Some of our products, services, and features require that we share data with other users or at a user’s request. We may also share data with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and partners, for legal reasons or in connection with claims or disputes.
International transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
The AppandTap App and our Platform is an NHS integrated app.
When you access the AppandTap App or our Platform using your NHS login details, the identity verification services are managed by NHS England.
NHS England is the controller for any personal information that you provide to NHS England to get an NHS login account and to verify your identity and uses that personal information solely for that single purpose.
For this personal information, our role is a “processor” only and we must act under the instructions provided by NHS England (as the “controller”) when verifying your identity. This restriction does not apply to the personal information you provide to us separately.
Data security
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access and use the App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator when we are legally required to do so.
Data retention
We will retain a record of your personal data in accordance with relevant law and the following criteria:
